After your purchase has been verified, your product key is sent to the e-mail address associated with your order. Please also check the email spam folder for the email containing your product key.
If you can’t locate your existing product key, you can use our key recovery service. If the problem persists, contact us at email@example.com with your personal information, and we’ll check our database to retrieve it. Please include the email address that you used for the purchase.
Note: If you purchased your license for Microsoft NTFS for Mac by Tuxera from different source than our online-shop, or if it came bundled with an external hard drive, you may need to get your product key from that retailer or the hard drive manufacturer.
