I've misplaced the email message with my product key!
Please make sure to look for email messages sent by Verifone (formerly 2Checkout) or ones where the sender is marked customer@avangate.com. If you cannot locate the message with the product key, you can visit our Product key recovery service to have the product key resent.
I've misplaced my product key and the email address I used for ordering NTFS for Mac is no longer in use.
If the purchase was made using an email address that is no longer valid, we can send the product key to another address as long as you can provide adequate details for us to validate your account. Details we can use are:
- Full name
- Date of purchase
- Email address used for purchase
- Billing address
- Order number
- The last 4 digits of the credit- or debit card used for payment
The more information you are able to provide, the faster and easier it will be for us to verify your account. You can send your information along with your request to macsupport@tuxera.com.
My key was supplied with a Toshiba hard drive
