I've misplaced the email message with my product key!
Please make sure to look for email messages sent by Verifone (formerly 2Checkout) or ones where the sender is marked customer@avangate.com. If you cannot locate the message with the product key, you can recover your product key in two ways:
1. View your product key through the Verifone MyAccount-page
If you cannot locate the email message with the product key, you can log in at the Verifone MyAccount-page and view your product key there.
To start, go to the address secure.2co.com/myaccount/ using your web browser:
- Choose to log in in using your email address, or your order number
- Enter email address or order number based on your choice
- Click on 'Send Access Link'
Note: If you have already logged in before and set a password for yourself,
you can choose 'Login with password' instead.
You should soon receive an email from Verifone, which contains a one-time link to log in:
- Click on the provided link to proceed to MyAccount:
- Once logged in, please click on the 'View order details'-button adjacent to the information for Microsoft NTFS for Mac by Tuxera
- You can now see your product key under the Registration info-heading. Simply copy and paste the product key from this page into the designated field during installation, or on the Activation-tab after installation within System Settings.
2. Use the Tuxera Product key recovery service
To have a new email message with your product key sent to you, please visit lostkey.tuxera.com and enter the email address you used during purchase:
The product key recovery service cannot be used immediately after purchase because there is a delay between your purchase and when the service is updated. Please use the first product key recovery method if you have purchased NTFS for Mac within the week.
In some rare instances, the email message with your product key may be deemed spam by your ISP or email service provider, so be sure to also check your Spam- and Junk-mail folders after the service has dispatched your key.
What to do when I can't use the listed recovery methods:
I've misplaced my product key and the email address I used for ordering NTFS for Mac is no longer in use.
If you have lost access to the email address that you used when you purchased a license for NTFS for Mac, please contact the email service provider for help to regain access. All email service providers have protocols for situations such as forgotten passwords, etc. If the email account cannot be be used again for any reason, but you have retained your order number from us, you can reach out to Verifone support through this page, or by emailing their support directly at support@2checkout.com to help login to MyAccount and change the address associated with your purchase.
My product key was supplied with a Toshiba hard drive and does not seem to work with the latest version of NTFS for Mac.

I have purchased NTFS for Mac from a resale partner and my product key does not appear to be valid!
If you did not purchase NTFS for Mac directly from us, we will not have your order information on record and cannot recover your product key. In such cases please contact the reseller directly to make sure your product key does not contain any typing errors and is valid.
Be aware that none of our partners operate on sites such as eBay. If you suspect you may have been a victim of online fraud, please contact us via info@tuxera.com and supply as much information about the transaction as possible so that we can take action to prevent the illicit activity.
