I've misplaced the email message with the product key!
In such cases you can request the key be re-sent via Product Key Recovery.
I've misplaced my product key and the email address I used for ordering NTFS for Mac is no longer in use.
You need to contact us at email@example.com and include as much information as possible about the order.
if the purchase was made using an email address that is no longer valid, we can send the product key to another address as long as you can provide adequate details for us to validate your account. Details we can use are:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Email address used for purchase
- Name and billing address at the time of purchase
- The last 4 digits of the credit card used for payment
The more information you are able to supply, the easier it will be for us to verify your account.
Please note that if you've requested to have your personal information removed via GDPR or other similar legislation, we will be unable to verify your order details!
